Buyers are Back
I don't know if its the super warm winter, the low, low interest rates or people just deciding enough is enough and deciding to get on with life, something has changed!
THE BUYERS ARE BACK!!!!
New home builders are selling out of inventory homes and Realtors are having trouble finding options for clients.
I know in my own subdivision, average days on the market was 180 days this time last year, right know it's about 50. Since Christmas, 12 homes have gone on the market, in my subdivision, as of 2 days ago 3 were sold, 4 are pending and 1 is under option. The sales prices are also up. That is FAB-U-LOUS!
