SHOW and DON'T TELL!!

Hello to the world! I just showed some of the most amazing houses that I have ever seen. To describe the feeling It's like meeting an artist you are a really big fan of but trying to keep it real business and respectful but your excited as heck and wanna scream like a 13 yr old girl at a Taylor Swift concert! I wanted to be like damn this house is INSANE!!! What do you do? how can I do it? this kitchen is crazy big-can I cook something right quick in it?, You got 7 rooms..let a brother borrow one- I promise you will never see me...(I feel better now). I mean its so tempting to turn into a fan when you are seeing what I am.  So here is my ritual, sip my caramel brulle late from starbucks, read over my specs, look at myself in the mirror and say KRIS-YOU ARE A BOSS, THIS IS YOUR HOUSE. I promise when they leave they feel like they just had an extended stay at the Ritz. I mean I know what's on the second shelf in the refrigerator and what leftovers are fresh from last night LOL just kidding not that deep...that is my goal though!

Back to your regularly scheduled program

 

The biggest part is the walk to the front door. It's like walking out the tunnel for a football game--if you have experienced that- or like the feeling you get when they dim all the lights cause the concert is about to start. You have to get the key out like a boss, open the door with no mess ups. Sounds like a breeze huh, lets see YOU pull out the key and open the door to a $20 Million dollar house with no jitters LOL!
