The House That Built Me
So I was out showing homes the other day with a client of mine when this song comes on the radio. I'm not sure if you are a country music fan like myself, but the song was by Miranda Lambert. She just came out with a song called, The House That Built Me. When I was listening to the words of the song it made me think back to when I was a little girl growing up in my parents house. I can remember waking up to the aroma of coffee and pancakes rising up stairs to my bedroom. The Christmas I got my very own P.J. Sparkles doll!!

Check the lender's reputation: Ask a friend! Word of mouth is very important in this business. If you have never worked with this certain lender or even the company they work for, the opinions of your friends or coworkers is a great way to start.
