Hey y'all,

Good news for all y'all Texans out there! A new survey reports that Texas leads the US in high-growth cities! The worst of the recession and the bust of the real estate market really does seem to be over, and Texas is leading the way in terms of growth!

The new survey found that while other markets in other states wobbled and floundered- Texas held strong and even showed growth during the worst of the recession! And we're still growing!

DFW forclosure fillings are down- and thats great news!

hello bloggers,

good news for DFW- home forclosures have decreased in our beloved bid d! the number of homes being forced to sale by lenders is down 4% from this time last year.

the ease on filings is another good sign that we are leveling off- and that the wrost of our housing crisis is coming to an end! while this report is only for next month, and one month doesn't make a trend, we hope to see smaller number of homes in forclosure next month as well! and hopefully all the following months!

well we are about a week into 2010, and i hope everyone had a safe and wonderful NYE! the holiday season is officially over, so now its time to get back to the daily grind... back to life, back to reality. whether we like it or not!

on the rebound....

The new year is jsut aroudn the corner, and the DFW housing market is expected to be rebounding int he upcoming year- the question is just how big will this rebound be?

One of my favorite spots for local real estate information, dallasnews.com, has a great article that predicts that the worst is over for DFW. WOO HOO! Of course the rebound depends on job and economic growth, but the fact that it looks like we have survived the worst is definately uplifting!

Last night Rogers hosted the 3rd annual RHA Christmas/Holiday Time Party, and we all can't believe we are entering 4th year as team RHA! The past couple years have been huge, and we've taken off in a big way! I know we all look forward to expanding and doing more for our clients and the world of real estate!
