Texas Real Estate market continues to improve

Texas continues its journey in leading the nation's economic recovery. According to Joe Stewart, chairman of the Texas Association of Realtors, "we're seeing an increase in not only sales volume but median price as well." Single family homes have increased 13% in 2012 along with a median price increase of 7%.
