Trulia.com
Trulia.com - a real estate search database - has developed an iPhone app that many of you may have probably used before when searching for homes in your area (if not, search for the Trulia app in the App store). The GPS enabled iPhone pinpoints your exact location then syncs with active listings on Trulia.com.
