Mobile devices play a big role in real estate
According to a study, more than two-thirds of prospective home buyers who use a mobile device in their search contact a real estate professional as a result of their mobile search.
Research shows that home buyers are turning to smartphones and tablets in their search and taking action to contact real estate professionals.

DFW Home Prices to Rise this year!
The latest exciting news for sellers in one of the best housing markets in the Nation already! Dallas and Fort Worth home sales prices will take a positive direction this year! According to California-based housing analyst Clear Capital. The firm expects the sales price to bump up nearly six percent! Much higher than the National average of 0.2 percent!

Sure the new speakers are cool but it’s the wiring and stuff behind the wall that matters when getting a return on your home improvement projects. During my remodel, while there was dust everywhere I took this opportunity to open up the walls and drop cables and appropriate wiring in for flat screen TV’s, well positioned wireless internet, phones, and a sound system. Technology changes fast and those cool gadgets will be replaced by something cooler when you are selling your house… but
