How I can help YOU!!

Many of you may be unfamiliar with how the realtor/real estate agent/locating process works when finding a rental in Dallas/Fort Worth. I wanted to write this blog to help you understand how my services work and why using me would be to your advantage!

1. Using a realtor to help find a rental doesn't cost YOU a thing! That's right, I am not paid by my client/customer, instead when we find you a place to live and you sign a lease I am then paid by the property management company/landlord.

Drive-In Movie Theater coming to Ft. Worth

If you haven't heard already, Funky Town is in the process of getting the first ever urban drive in movie theater in the U.S! This is just one of the many projects underway for the expansion of the the Trinity River Vision. OK, I'll be honest. When I first heard about it this morning all I could think about was the movie Grease. Don't lie, I know you did too!

Rent vs. Buy - What makes sense?

First, above all else, consult your financial advisor for advice. That being said, with current real estate market conditions, buying makes a lot of sense for many. Mortgage rates are absolutely incredible, prices are attractive, and there are a lot of options. MSN Money reported on Tuesday that the market in 2012 looks better (http://money.msn.com/home-loans/article.aspx?post=26e96ccd-658f-4cfb-ba85-9f902fa31d53). No one has a crystal ball, but now would be a good time to reassess your position.
