The Deep Ellum Revival- Restaurant Hot Spot
Recent ventures to one of the most notorious parts of Dallas has made me take notice of the revival of the once despaired and desperate, Deep Ellum. With the influx of disrespectful party goers that slashed the neighborhood with a dangerous reputation, restaurants and bars in the area were brought face-to-face with the threat of foreclosure.

If You Lived Here, You Could Be Home By Now
The Dallas Morning News reporter Steve Brown reported in this morning's paper that Dallas home prices are on the rise. While this certainly says good things about the economy and so forth, here's the real take-away for you: Your window of opportunity is closing. Has advertising gone trendy?
Advertising trends are varying every day because marketers are always in search of new and effective ways to reach their target market before the competition does. While watching the news this morning I was shocked to see one of our so called “competitors” advertisement for a new development at Trinity River. I began to wonder about whether the traditional forms of media were making their way back into the mainstream, and what the trends for advertising in 2009 are?
