Historic Downtown Ft. Worth Establishment Closing.
Big changes in Sundance Square are coming soon. The historic watering hole and live-music venue 8.0 is closing at the end of the month, and being replaced with a brand new Flying Saucer.
Owner Shannon Wynne plans on renovating the space and opening an expanded Flying Saucer. A beer-garden on the huge covered patio is included in the new construction plans. The current Flying Saucer, located across the street in the historic Land Title Building, will be preserved during the construction of three new buildings.
