New Year's Resolutions
It's hard to believe it is already a week into 2013 but there is no better time to make a change in your daily routine. With every New Year comes the time to make a resolution to better yourself. These typically involve eating less chocolate or doing more crossfit but I challenge you to make a more daring resolution this year! How about, no texting while driving or learning the current tax code?

After being booted from the "X Factor" judges panel at the end of her first season and parting ways with her music executive boyfriend, Paula Abdul is looking to start this new phase in life with a clean slate. Her first step is selling off her Sherman Oaks mansion for $1.9 million.

Champ d'Or mansion picked up by Dallas area buyer
A Dallas buyer, who is to remain confidential, has bought luxury French chateau, Champ d'Or, which translates into "Fields of Gold," for an undisclosed sum at an auction Friday.
The auction brought in 433 inquires, over 500 showings, and more than 10,000 website visitors, according to the auction company.
The 48,000 square-foot luxury mansion likely sold close to its reserve price of $10.3 million, based on surrounding property prices.
