Housing Crisis to End in 2012!
The Crisis in the Housing market may be nearing its end, according to DSnews.com. Capital Economics, an analytics firm expects that loosening credit standards will be the main reason the housing crisis will end this year. Currently to get a loan, your credit score must be 700 or greater. Other market factors, such as banks loosening their loan-to-value ratios and increasing the amounts they will loan up to 3.5 times the borrowers earnings, help home buyers.
