Rent Prices On The Rise in DFW

Have you noticed lately that apartments and residential leasing prices have slightly gone up this year?!?!?  Maybe the place you have lived in this past year is raising their rent? Or, looking at properties in the same area but they are about $50-$100 more than they were previously? Well your not going crazy...

 

 

According to FORTUNE Magazine, rental prices are expected to rise up Nationally 4.5% this year. So you may not see a HUGE change, but that little extra money you like to spend on food, <insert favorite drink here>, those must have shoes of the season...may go towards rent.
