Apps Every Buyer, Seller, Renter and Realtor Needs On Their Smartphone!

So I FINALLY got the new iPhone 4 after being an avid Blackberry user for the past few years. I will say that it has been tricky trying to figure everything out. After weeks of playing around on the phone, I think I have finally gotten the hang of it. From making videos, texting (don't text and drive) emailing, making phone calls, and using the touch screen. The most important gadget I have learned to LOVE are the apps. 

 

 

 

Now, I am not going to lie the first app I bough was Angry Birds. Then came Facebook, Words With Friends (username:MMyers), Shazam, Groupon, Sports Center and Fat booth. My roommate was not happy with the Fat Booth app for obvious reasons but I digress. As the weeks went by, I started thinking to myself, " Where are the apps that I could use to help myself as a Realtor?"

 

It was last week on a very uneventful Wednesday evening (Modern Family was a rerun and I was done watching Law and Order SVU) I went to the app store on my iPhone and started browsing the Apps. Then I thought, "Where do I start?" "What websites do I use everyday that help me with my buyers, sellers and renters?!" I made a quick list of some of websites and tools I use and started to see if there were apps for them. Well wouldn't you know, half of the websites on my list had an app!

 

Now here comes the insane/crazy/magical thing...they were FREE!!!!! Yes, FREE! Not buy one get one free, not $0.99, but zero dollar, zip, nada, no money whatsoever free! And yes I did a little dance in the living room I was that happy.

  

 

I bet you are wondering what apps could I possibly be talking about?!? Well I am going to tell you...sort of.

 

Since us Realtors here at RHA LOVE to blog about everything. I decided to make this into a mini series blog. I want to showcase a different app of the day. Not only that. I'm going to tell you why I like it, how it helps me, how it helps my buyers, seller and renters. Also, how it can help YOU. I think it's important as a Realtor that we help our clients in any way that we can. Be better informative to our clients needs and wants and how these apps help us be more knowledgeable with the market and trends in real estate.

 

I also want YOUR feedback. You could be a buyer,seller, renter or even a Realtor! Tell me what you thought of the app. How has it helped you? All thoughts and opinions welcome!

 

Starting tomorrow I will be Premiering the first app (no red carpet involved). What could it be?!?!?! Guess you will just have to wait and see!!!
