The Common Table: Great New Spot in Uptown

Uptown is definitely home to some of the best spots in Dallas to grab a bite to eat. The Common Table is a newcomer that is definitely worth trying out.

The atmosphere is very warm and inviting- I would even say refreshing. There are several dozen beers on tap, and they even have someone on staff solely specializing in the beer selection. They actually even let you sample several beers before you order. The wine and cocktail menus are great too.

The appetizer menu is especially tasty and unique. We tried the buffalo meatballs (delish), calamari (great), and pulled pork spring rolls (my favorite). I followed up with their seared tuna dish and thorougly enjoyed it. I've heard that the chicken fried ribeye is the best thing on the menu, but I wasn't feeling quite that daring last night.

This new restaurant will surely become one of my staple restaurants- if you are looking to try something new, I'd highly recommend it! Here is a link:
