Real Estate Mogul: Lebron James
"King James" is going to South Beach. Cleveland is in a state of depression. The Cav's owner has a screw loose. Pat Riley is a god. D-Wade is the real super star in Miami, and I honestly think a lot of people have never heard of Chris Bosh until the past 2 weeks. Anyhow, now that the King is moving to Will Smith's town he's gotta pick up some swanky real estate. I guess LeBron figured he would be in Cleveland for his entire career when he started building his 35,000 plus square foot home in Cleveland. If LeBron truly wants to be a billionaire athlete, stupid real estate investments in a town like Cleveland may hinder his goal - check out this article printed in 2007 questioning his house decision
If Cleveland were some ritzy place where jet-setters from around the world came to hang out then he may not have trouble selling this crib. But... yeah I think you know what I'm saying.

Who in Cleveland needs a casino and barbershop in their home?
Now that LeBron is taking his swagger to South Beach, real estate agents are in a frenzy to figure out where LeBron is going to buy a new home. Companies began pitching properties to the King before he even made his official announcement. Miami Condo Investments built a website weeks ago - http://www.lebronsfuturemiamipenthouse.com/ - to pitch a 3.3 million dollar penthouse with 20 foot floor to ceiling windows right across the street from the Heat's arena. Foreign investors have also been speculating on properties near the arena, and more than one agent in the area has reported that people want Heat season tickets included as a bonus in their real estate purchase.
Other critics are speculating that LeBron has already made an offer on this $49,500,000 home with 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and over 20,000 square feet.
Only time will tell where LeBron ends up, and we will be all eyes and ears to see if the Heat can actually win multiple championships like the King has promised. On to the next one...
