Wonderview- Mark Cuban's latest and greatest business venture

There was an intereting article on the front page of the Dallas Business Journal recently talking about Mark Cuban's new planned real estate development, Wonderview. The new development is a 175 acre mixed use development- sports facilities, corporate offices, residential as well as retail space. The project will be located in East Oak Cliff with the hopes of helping the communities youth and revitalizing the area. Wonderview will costs between 600 million and 1 billion and construction will start June 1 and continue during the next decade. Wonderview will be a very pedestrian oriented and will be home to 2,600 to 3,000 condominiums and upscale apartments. With Mark Cubans larger than life persona the development is sure to be a spectacle.
