want to sell your house? get a little help from good ole SAINT JOE!!!!
maybe you have heard of this tradtion, maybe you have even tried it out yourself, or maybe you think it is just a bunch of silly superstition! but this age old tradition dates back to hundreds of years (1515 - 1582 AD to be exact) to europe when a group of nuns needed to expand their land and as a prayer to St. Joseph buried medals of him in the ground. and apparently it worked! today, millions of sellers take part in this tradition and pray to St. Joseph for help selling their home! many of these people swear this helped them, so why not have a little faith and give it a try for yourself? you never know... it just might work!
today you can purchase a St. Joseph statue yourself and take part in the tradition! i personally have given the kit to many of my homeowners selling their house and have seen great results! the kit i've given out looks like this and includes the statue, instructions and prayer card...
all you have to do is....
*bury the statue upside down somewhere in your yard of the house you are selling
*pray to St. Joseph
*have a little faith and patience!!!
here is a sample prayer...
you who taught our Lord
the carpenter's trade,
and saw to it
that he was always properly housed,
hear my earnest plea.
I want you to help me now
as you helped your foster-child Jesus,
and as you have helped many others
in the matter of housing.
I wish to sell this [house/property]
quickly, easily, and profitably
and I implore you to grant my wish
by bringing me a good buyer,
one who is
eager, compliant, and honest,
and by letting nothing impede the
rapid conclusion of the sale.
Dear Saint Joseph,
I know you would do this for me
out of the goodness of your heart
and in your own good time,
but my need is very great now
and so I must make you hurry
on my behalf.
Saint Joseph, I am going to place you
in a difficult position
with your head in darkness
and you will suffer as our Lord suffered,
until this [house/property] is sold.
Then, Saint Joseph, i swear
before the cross and God Almighty,
that i will redeem you
and you will receive my gratitude
and a place of honour in my home.

good luck and have faith!
til we meet again... yours truly,
