After I read the article on Manos I thought to myself he sure looks familiar for some reason? So a few days go by and it hits me like a ton of bricks! I know who this guy is and I briefly meet him. You can't forgot this guy if you see him because he is dressed like Zoolander. Look at his pictures in the link at the bottom and he seems to be doing blue steel in all his pictures.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When I meet him he was going by the name Mordan. He came to the W Hotel/Condos and was looking at a 2 million dollar condo that he said he was buying. Now I know your thinking were you his real estate agent? Know I was not but his real estate agent showed him some of my listings I have for sale at the W. He was telling everyone he was going to "revamp" the W and Victory Park. Mordan made a few visits to the W condos and from first time I meet him I got the vibe that something just didn't add up. It was just that instinct that kicks in and well I guess it was right. Someone did buy that expensive W condo recently but shocker it was not Mordan.
