DFW forclosure fillings are down- and thats great news!

hello bloggers,

good news for DFW- home forclosures have decreased in our beloved bid d! the number of homes being forced to sale by lenders is down 4% from this time last year.

the ease on filings is another good sign that we are leveling off- and that the wrost of our housing crisis is coming to an end! while this report is only for next month, and one month doesn't make a trend, we hope to see smaller number of homes in forclosure next month as well! and hopefully all the following months!
