on the rebound....

The new year is jsut aroudn the corner, and the DFW housing market is expected to be rebounding int he upcoming year- the question is just how big will this rebound be?

One of my favorite spots for local real estate information, dallasnews.com, has a great article that predicts that the worst is over for DFW. WOO HOO! Of course the rebound depends on job and economic growth, but the fact that it looks like we have survived the worst is definately uplifting!

Our rebounding might be slow to grow in 2010, but it looks as though we are still in a much better housing market than other parts of the nation. The past couple months have seen huge increases in number of homes sold in DFW- which we haven't seen in over 2 years!

So it looks like 2010 is going to be even bigger and better for the Big D! Read more at...
