Million Dollar Listing: Are these guys for real?
While the rest of the nation has been dealing with the harsh reality of a recession and it’s unfortunate repercussions, Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers gracefully close their million dollar deals during this economic downturn. I happened to recently watch a couple episodes of this Bravo docu-series which is now in its third season and found it hard to believe that people take these guys seriously. Would you list your $6 million dollar property with a 24 year old? I guess if you lived in L.A. you would have the option.
Million Dollar Listing follows the lives of three of Los Angeles' hottest, young and aggressive real estate moguls in the making as they make a fortune selling multi-million dollar properties in the most exclusive neighborhoods – Hollywood, Malibu and Beverly Hills. In the episodes I've seen so far, I hate to admit but as cheesy and immature as these guys appear, they definitely know how to work it. I was so intrigued by their cunning business sense and ability to market themselves in a way that attracts a very successful and wealthy clientele, I am left asking myself, "how do they do it?" They are certainly capitalizing on their celebrity status, Josh and Madison have both recently written books and you can follow them on their blogs. I am planning to watch more Million Dollar Listing before I form my opinion on these three amigos, but I'd love to hear what you think in the meantime!
Check out Million Dollar Listing on Bravo, Mondays at 9 central.
