Viv Morales, Rogers Healy and Associates’ Office Coordinator, originally hails from the town known for its dinosaur discoveries, Glen Rose, Texas. Being surrounded by “prehistoric” technology and businesses inspired Viv to make the move to Dallas.

One of Viv’s first jobs in residential real estate was working in the mortgage industry. Her experience sparked a passion for real estate, which ultimately brought her to Dallas nearly 15 years ago. Viv has held a variety of increasingly responsible positions with companies in all aspects of the real estate business including mortgage, title and real estate brokerage. She has proven herself to be invaluable for her organizational skills and use of business technology to increase efficiency and productivity.

A “behind the scenes” person, Viv takes great pride in making sure that the real estate agents she works with receive the support and assistance they require to grow their businesses and ensure smooth transactions for their clients.
