Tara Durham, a product of the West Coast, grew up in Santa Barbara, CA. She attended Arizona State University and returned to her southern Californian roots to graduate from Antioch University with a degree in Business Management.

Tara and her husband Bill, relocated to Phoenix in 2005 to ride out the Real Estate development boom where Tara worked in commercial leasing and tenant coordination for nationally recognized developers. Tara also spent a year exploring her entrepreneurial interests and managed a boutique restaurant and retail store. She ultimately decided that what she enjoyed most about the business was the relationships she created through exceeding customer’s expectations. In May of 2008, Tara and her husband decided to trade Arizona’s “dry heat” for Dallas’s steady business climate and lush natural beauty.

Tara joined the team at Rogers Healy and Associates as Director of Business Development. She brings over 8 years of real estate experience, as well as an appreciation for what exceptional customer service means to a business.
