Kris Evans was born in Corsicana and raised in Dallas, specifically the Lake Highlands area, where he attended Lake Highlands High School, played football for THE WILDCATS, and was a member of YoungLife! Upon graduation he attended The University of North Texas where he majored in Kinesiology and minored in General Business. Though sports played a major part in his upbringing, music played an even bigger role. While studying at UNT, Kris was privileged to be able to fly to Atlanta and record his first Hip-Hop album with his group Global Anatomy. The Group later disbanded but Kris continued to pursue his music aspirations. He is now an ASCAP Songwriter and Vice President of label 80's Baby Ent. where they have been blessed to have their production core link a deal with SKP/RocNation. Kris was bitten by the Real Estate bug after negotiating a deal with Rogers Healy to host an event at one of his luxurious mansion listings. "It was an exciting and nail biting experience but I loved every minute of it'' Kris says. "It was only right that I went into real estate because growing up in Lake Highlands, I was blessed to meet so many people and see all sides of the spectrum of life." His career paths have afforded him the opportunity to meet all sorts of celebrities, professional athletes, singers, and actors. Kris is glad that as a peer he can provide a service that provides a sense of stability in their hectic lives. "My love for music is deeply rooted but my love for people, life, and seeing happiness in everyone is never-ending. Mr. Evans currently lives in the downtown area.
