James Roberts was born and raised in the Dallas area. With his father working as a commercial real estate broker, James felt that real estate would be a natural fit for him. At Baylor University he earned a business degree while majoring in both real estate and management.
Initially, James joined a local real estate finance company as an investment analyst. As an analyst, he assisted in arranging complex debt and equity finance structures for commercial real estate properties. While he did enjoy that side of real estate, James decided he needed a career in real estate that would utilize his knowledge and skills, but also allow him to interact daily in the field with clients.
The experience James has gained from both the commercial and residential sector has afforded him a unique skill set. As a multimillion dollar producer, James is well versed in residential sales, locating off market investment opportunities, distressed property (REO & short sales), relocation and leasing. James concentrates his efforts in Park Cities, East Dallas and Preston Hollow as well as surrounding suburbs of Dallas. James is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as an agent as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors.
During James' free time, he enjoys golfing, watching sports and relaxing with his wife, family, and friends. James and his wife attend Watermark Church and enjoy serving the community with friends.
