Gary Tinsley is a Dallas native and a graduate of SMU. His love for urban living was cemented at an early age, but reinforced by his experiences as an 11 year resident of New York City where he worked in sales and marketing. He also has extensive experience in the design and construction of custom homes and the renovation of historic homes. As a Realtor for the past 12 years, Gary has acquired in depth knowledge of many of Dallas’ most sought after close-in neighborhoods. For several years during his real estate career he specialized in onsite sales at several condominium and townhome communities in Downtown, Uptown and Oak Lawn. A former resident of Kessler Park, Stevens Park and the Cedars, he now lives in Cochran Heights just south of the Henderson Avenue strip. Gary is only the second owner of a 1935 Charles Dilbeck designed home which he and his father renovated and expanded in 2003.
