Cerissa Lair moved to the Dallas Metroplex in 1996 and attended Southlake Carroll High School. Her freshman year of college was spent at Texas A&M, but she moved back to Dallas to dance for the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks Dancers and has lived in the area ever since.

Cerissa graduated Cum Laude from the Business School at The University of Texas at Dallas. After spending several years in Corporate America, Cerissa joined Rogers’ team in the Spring of 2007.

Cerissa and her husband live in Dallas and are active members at Watermark Community Church.
