Brant Croucher made his Earthly debut in Houston, TX. After graduating from Cypress Creek High School just inside the turn of the century, he enrolled at the University of North Texas where he served as the President of the Sigma Chi Fraternity as well as a member of NT40, a student group selected by the university president comprised of the Top 40 students at UNT.  

With an Economics degree in hand, he headed back to the Bayou City to work in the healthcare financial services industry, where he served as the Director of Client Relations for SB&C. Brant was directly responsible for maintaining positive relationships with some of the largest not-for-profit hospitals in Texas.

After five years in the healthcare financial services industry, Croucher followed an unrequited dream to Nashville, TN, where he learned the ins and outs of making pizzas and lattes, as he wrote songs and developed relationships with people involved in the music industry.

Today he spends his time in Austin, TX, writing songs and helping folks find their perfect rental property in Austin.

 A self-proclaimed travel junkie, Croucher draws from past experiences and time spent living in Houston and Dallas to effectively relate to clients relocating to the Austin area.
